Large Groups & Private Events

All prepayments, on-site purchases, and service fees are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, dress code violations, or guests denied entry.

All guests must present a physical ID. We accept driver’s licenses and passports only—military IDs are not accepted.

Dining time for prepaid reservations will not be extended for late arrivals.

A $35 per-person fee will be charged to parties who do not show for their reservation or who cancel within a 24-hour window.

Dinner service begins at 4:00 pm.

Outside food and beverage are not permitted in the venue.

Dining reservations do not guarantee access to late-night events.

We have a 20 minute grace period. Please call us if you’re running later than 20 minutes after your reservation time. We may contact you about this reservation so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.

Reservation wait times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Some examples that may cause a delay in seating are rain, excessive heat, etc. 

A minimum $350 cleaning fee will be charged to tables or groups that require excessive cleaning as a result of inappropriate conduct — including, but not limited to, vomiting or intentionally pouring liquor onto tables or carpet.

No-Weapons Policy: For the safety and comfort of all guests and staff, Opus strictly prohibits the possession, carrying, or use of any weapon on the premises — including, but not limited to, firearms, knives, pepper spray, and tasers. Any guest found in possession of a weapon will be asked to leave immediately and may be subject to further legal action.

Opus Kitchen + Lounge is an adult-oriented venue. All guests included in this reservation request must be 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification may be required upon entry.
